VARIOUS GREEK MEDALS - GREECE: Large silver medal that was awarded during the first International Exhibition in Chania (Crete). It took place in the public gardens at Chania, which had been created in 1870 at the end of Turkish occupation. 701 exhibitors from Greece and Crete took part. Obv: Prince George. Rev: "A ΔΙΕΘΝΗΣ ΕΚΘΕΣΙΣ 1900 / ΧΑΝΙΑ-ΚΡΗΤΗ". Inside slab by PCGS "SP 64". Very rare medal!
