Description

GREECE: 20l. blue (pos.69) a 1863 issue stamp (the same setting with 1863 10lepta stamp with "1" inverted on the CF-a very limited printing), plate flaw missing top frame line. The stamp is printed on thick paper (8.9μ), used. Fine-very fine but a very rare stamp. (Hellas 19bPb).
