FRANCE: Bronze medal (1979) commemorating the centenary of Albert Einsteins birth. Obv: Portrait of the scientist in his later years. Rev: A silhouette of Einsteins head forms the backdrop for three of the mathematical equations that sum up his essential contributions to physics. Issued by Unesco. Engraved by Max Leognany. Inside large slab by NGC "MS 62". Probably by mistake, the material and the country of the medal are wrongly written.

Grading/Status: MS62
